Qualifications

  • Must be DRE Endorsed MLO

  • Must Have DRE#

  • Must Have NMLS #

  • Self Sourced (ability to originate your own business, no leads provided)

  • Independent (ability to work well on your own)

  • Remote (no office provide, ability to work from home or where ever you desire)

  • Professional & Amicable Personality

  • Familiarity with multiple loan types

  • Required compliance with lending regulations, underwriting guidelines, lending polices, State, DRE, NMLS, and all other industry and/or governing authority requirements.

  • Provide excellent interpersonal skills, along with superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Two (2) plus years mortgage experience or in a similar sales environment is highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Generate your own leads

  • Maintain compliance in all aspects at all times

  • Prepare & submit complete files to processing

  • Review documentation for accuracy & completeness.

  • Collect financial information

  • Evaluate eligibility to obtain a mortgage

  • Oversee all customer interactions and ensure a smooth transaction.

  • Work closely with industry related professionals and maintain updated throughout the process.

  • Counsel borrower to understand the pros and cons of various loan products to determine which is best for them and their particular scenario.

  • Update and maintain LOS

  • Disposition leads/loans accurately

  • Submit closing compliance package prior to payroll
